Minutes From The Current Financial Year (April- March)
Annual Parish Meeting Minutes - May 2025 (docx)

Annual Parish Meeting

Every year the Parish Council facilitates The Annual Parish Meeting.  The last annual meeting was held on 21 May 2024 at 19:00 and 2025's is scheduled for 20th May 2025 at 19:00.

This meeting is for the parishioners from the village. It is an informal meeting which enables parishioners to talk about issues in the parish that they would like the parish council and other parishioners to know about.

The Chairman of the Parish Council chairs the meeting and delivers the council's annual report. Members and representatives of village organisations also deliver reports.

The District Councillor and Suffolk County Councillor either deliver their annual report or send a copy to the parish council.

Formal minutes of the meeting are produced and all reports received by the Clerk are attached to the minutes. Those minutes are then signed at the next Annual Parish Meeting and are uploaded to our website and distributed to parishioners.
