                                                               FREEDOM OF INFORMATION

As per the Information Commissioner’s Office advice on the operation of this scheme, Chelmondiston Parish Council at its full Parish Council Meeting in 2011 adopted the new Model Publication Scheme, unedited and as prepared by the Information Commissioner’s Office. The Council also makes available information, which is required under the Freedom of Information Act.

For more information about the Freedom of Information Act please refer to the Information Commissioner's Office website ico.org.uk

The ICO is an independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals.
